We are just as excited for school to start, because we have an awesome back-t0-school mini shoot to share with you!
In cooperation with Happy-Up Inc., Metamorphose Maternity and Once Upon a Town, Jill Heupel Photography is offering a very special back-to-school mini session for your child.
These sessions will be held the evenings of September 13th, 14th, and 15th at Watershed Nature Center here in Edwardsville. You can reserve your spot by visiting Happy Up Inc. and filling out a contract. Space is limited. A $20 retainer to reserve your spot is required, and will be applied to purchase of a photo package.* Packages start at $20.
10% of all proceeds will benefit Watershed Nature Center, through Once Upon a Town. We will also be holding a raffle during the photo shoots, of which 100% of the proceeds will benefit Watershed Nature Center. Purchase of certain photo packages earns automatic entry into the raffle.
*This retainer is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a date or time other than what is assigned. Visit Happy Up Inc. to reserve your spot. In case of rain, we will reschedule for the same time the following week. Thank you!

Did you miss us? Things are super busy around here, which is good, but unfortunately things like blogging tend to fall by the wayside. We promise to keep you more up to date, we have so many gorgeous shoots to share with you!
Okay, full disclosure- this is my family. We just LOVE getting our pictures taken with Jill, it’s fun and relaxing and a great excuse to get fancied up.

Oh, senior time! I loooove working with seniors!
One of my daughter’s friends asked me recently why I like photographing seniors. When, over the course of your life, do you get a photo session that is all about you, and no one else? When you are a newborn… And when you are graduating from high school. After senior photos, your next shoot is likely your wedding.
I have worked with a few guys already this season, and each one has made the same comment, towards the end of the session.
“I’m surprised at how much fun I had!”
I am so glad I am not the only one having fun!
